Greg Adams
Founder & Managing Director
Greg Adams has been a Chartered Accountant since 1991, but he will be the first to tell you that good advice is about far more than getting the numbers right.
As Founder and Managing Director of AT Business Advisors, Greg works closely with business owners through every stage of their journey.
His approach starts with listening: understanding the person behind the business, identifying what's really causing them pain, and helping them make clearer, more confident decisions about what comes next.
Greg believes that great businesses are built by capable business owners. That's why his role extends well beyond tax and compliance. Whether the conversation is about cash flow, growth, succession, restructuring, buying or selling a business, or simply working out what to do next, Greg brings together commercial experience, empathy and straight-talking advice.
He also believes that no adviser needs to be everything to everyone. When specialist expertise is required, Greg draws on a strong professional network to bring the right people to the table at the right time.
Greg is also a Registered Tax Agent. He holds a Diploma of Financial Planning and is authorised to provide limited financial advice within the scope of the firm's financial services arrangements. He is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, the National Tax & Accountants Association (NTAA) and The Tax Institute.
Away from the numbers, Greg's interests tend to involve things with engines, wheels or remote controls. He's an enthusiast of classic cars and motorcycles, enjoys RC, and, most importantly, values spending time with his family.

Allison Sree
Executive Director, Business Advisory & Taxation

Allison joins AT Business Advisors as Executive Director, Business Advisory and Taxation, working closely with Managing Director Greg Adams.
She brings 15 years of experience in business advisory services and audit, most recently as a Client Services Director at Nexia Australia, where she also co-chaired the National Business Advisory Committee.
Before moving into business advisory, Allison worked directly with CFOs, CEOs and boards at public and multinational companies and a global investment bank, covering statutory reporting, audit, budgeting and financial risk. Since then, her clients have ranged from small businesses through to family offices.
Clients come to her for straightforward, practical advice on the numbers behind their business, and the decisions that follow from them.
Outside work, Allison enjoys family trips away whenever she has the chance to travel.
Judith Constantine
Founding Director

Judith started with Gregory Adams Chartered Accountants in 2002, and when the firm became AT Business Advisors she stayed on, becoming a partner in 2014. More than twenty years on, the thing that still gives her the most satisfaction is seeing a small business owner walk out of a meeting feeling confident and properly supported.
Her specialty is self-managed superannuation, but most of the conversations she has with clients come back to the same two things: cash flow and tax. So she plans ahead, for tax liabilities, super contributions and pension decisions, and works through it step by step so that every decision fits the client's own circumstances rather than a textbook.
Working with small business owners never gets dull. Every client has a different story, and Judith likes that the firm gets to connect with people as people, listening to what's worrying them and what they're aiming for.
Away from the office Judith is passionate about sustainable living and working towards a zero-waste household. Weekends are for switching off from screens: swimming, cooking with whatever the veggie patch has produced, and baking sourdough, which is probably why friends and family keep turning up at the door.
Emma Ward
Operations Manager & SMSF Accountant

Emma joined AT Business Advisors in 2018 after time in larger corporate environments where it was easy to feel like a number rather than a person. Here, both colleagues and clients are treated as individuals, and hard work is noticed.
She specialises in self-managed superannuation funds. Beyond the compliance work, the most valuable thing the firm gives clients is clear, current information on legislative change and what it means for them as individuals and business owners.
Emma's background in psychology and law is surprisingly useful. Understanding what's really going on for a client, beyond the numbers, means the firm's support can be tailored to the whole picture: business goals and lifestyle goals together.
She is currently studying a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning, which deepens her understanding of the strategies clients and their advisers are working with, and how they fit alongside SMSF compliance and accounting.
Away from work Emma is drawn to creative digital worlds, whether that's science fiction and fantasy, anime or games, balanced with a regular digital detox in the garden.
Jessica Curry
Business Services Accountant

Jessica joined AT Business Advisors as a graduate accountant in 2011 and has grown her whole career here. Every day brings a different client and a different challenge, which means she has never stopped learning.
She works mainly with small businesses in primary production. The biggest challenge her clients face is finding the time to work on their business rather than just in it, so her work often goes well beyond the books: compliance, bookkeeping, succession planning and plain-spoken business advice, tailored to what each client actually needs.
Jessica has worked with the team remotely for many years now, and is based in Bathurst, which puts her closer to many of her regional clients than the office is.
She chose to start her career in a small firm because of the breadth of experience it gives, and the way the team works closely together and shares what it knows. Accounting can be complex, but the appreciation clients give is what makes it worthwhile.
Weekends are for adventures with her family, exploring the countryside around Bathurst, where they now call home.
Cheree Georges
Business Services Accountant
Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting)
Cheree joined AT Business Advisors in 2019 after her previous firm was acquired by one of the Big 4, and moving back to a small local practice was the best decision she could have made.
Listening to clients is the part of the job she finds most rewarding. The biggest hurdle most of them face is keeping up with constantly changing tax rules and legislation, let alone understanding what those changes mean for their own business and putting them into practice. Cheree's job is to make that manageable.
It is satisfying to watch clients leave a meeting confident that they understand their position and have a plan built around their business, not a generic one.
Moving from a big corporate environment to a small firm confirmed her passion for supporting Australian small businesses. Seeing the direct impact of her work on real business owners, and the family feel that comes with working alongside them, keeps her motivated.
Outside work Cheree is usually with her family, including Blueberry, their Blue English Staffy, who has an ongoing campaign against the backyard furniture.
Paul O’Connor
Business Services Accountant
Paul joined AT Business Advisors in September 2018, and the positive difference the firm makes for clients has kept him motivated ever since. Accounting clicked for him during his studies because, at heart, it is problem-solving.
His work is tailored to small businesses. Every client is different, so every solution is too. Paul helps clients stay compliant with rules that never stop changing, and makes sure the firm is using the latest tools and technology to keep things efficient.
Modern accounting is a service, not just account management and tax returns. To get the best result Paul starts by understanding the client and their circumstances, and only then works out the right solution.
He prefers working with small businesses because the relationships are real and run both ways: client and adviser learn from each other, and clients become people the team knows on a first-name basis.
Life outside work revolves around his family, who keep things lively at home.
Diluckshah Magesvaran
Business Services Accountant

Diluckshah moved from big corporate accounting to AT Business Advisors in 2016, and quickly found that a small firm works much more like a family.
Working closely with clients, she has seen that the biggest challenge for small business owners is getting the right information at the right time, and making sense of it while also running a business day to day. That can be overwhelming, and it does not need to be.
Clients tell her that what they value most is having things explained early and in plain language, and being guided through changes in legislation before they become a problem. She also trains clients on their online accounting software, which takes a surprising amount of stress out of their week.
What she enjoys most is that the team can make a real difference to a client's day-to-day and take some of the weight of running a business off their shoulders.
Debbie Xu

Debbie joined AT Business Advisors in August 2025 after more than a decade in accounting. She started her career in accounts receivable at Shen Neng Herbal Medicines Group, then spent five years as a Chartered Accountant at Box Advisory Services in North Parramatta before making the move to AT.
Along the way she has built strong experience in tax, bookkeeping and reconciliations, working with small and medium-sized businesses across a range of industries.
Debbie has a real passion for numbers and problem-solving. What excites her most is seeing the impact good accounting can have on a business's financial health, and being able to give clients clear, practical answers about where they stand and what to do next.
She is always looking to keep learning and take on work that challenges her to think critically and creatively.
Teresa Christou
Client Services Administrator
Bachelor of Media (Macquarie University), Diploma of Screen (Television)
Teresa joined AT Business Advisors as Client Services Administrator after more than 13 years in radio and media, most recently as Airtime Manager at NOVA Entertainment, where she managed the scheduling and delivery of national advertising campaigns across multiple stations. Before that she worked in traffic management at the Australian Radio Network, customer support in e-commerce, and executive and editorial support in magazine publishing.
Those years taught her how to keep a lot of moving parts on track under tight deadlines, and how much a friendly, organised point of contact matters to the people relying on you. That is what she brings to clients: making sure queries are answered promptly, documents are where they need to be, and the experience with the firm is smooth from the first phone call onward.
What Teresa enjoys most about client services is the variety. No two days are the same, and she works with every part of the team, from the accountants to the directors, to make sure nothing falls through the cracks for clients.
Outside of work you will usually find her in the kitchen baking, or spending time with family and friends.
