Bachelor of Economics, Masters of Accounting, Chartered Accountant, SMSF Specialist, Diploma of Financial Planning, FASEA Code of Ethics Exam
In 2002, I began my journey as an accountant with Gregory Adams Chartered Accountants. Then in 2010, we merged and I eventually became a partner for AT Business Advisors in 2014. My career has definitely evolved over time but one thing is for sure - my greatest fulfilment comes from seeing our small business clients feel confident and fully supported.
Whilst I specialise in self-managed superannuation funds, one of the biggest challenges for our clients is managing cash flow and tax obligations. To help combat this, we plan in advance for tax liabilities, super contributions, pension planning and more. Most importantly, we aid our clients on a step-by-step basis to ensure they are equipped with the best advice and make decisions that agree with their unique circumstances.
Working with small business owners is always interesting and insightful. I love that we get the opportunity to connect with our clients on a human level, listening to their issues, dreams, and goals.
Apart from work, I'm passionate about sustainable living and working towards a zero-waste lifestyle. On the weekends, you will most likely find me detoxing from work-stress and all things digital - in my pool swimming and cooking healthy, delicious food with ingredients from my veggie patch for my friends and family. My home constantly smells of freshly baked sourdough bread - which is probably why my friends keep coming to visit!
Kate Jeffery
Client Services Manager
Kate joined the AT Business Advisors team in 2013. Specialising in accounting firm administration and customer communication, Kate has been our lead point of contact with clients for the last few years.
Her ability to ensure our clients are cared for to the point that they feel like family has made her an instant client favourite.
As one of our team managers, her hard work and friendly disposition have made her a core member of the AT Business Advisors family.
Liz Seale
Client Services Administrator
I began my journey in administration 12 years ago and moved to a manager position within the administration field as my career progressed.
Our team provides a helping hand to clients by emailing and calling about items as soon as we receive them, following up periodically and keeping an eye on their obligations. Although clients sometimes struggle with compliance and sticking to deadlines, the most rewarding part of my job is collaborating and their thankful attitude.
My admin hat comes off outside work hours and I love to be creative experimenting with arts and crafts. I create my own designs through knitting, sewing and painting. I even macrame! So needless to say I am a very innovative person who loves art and most importantly my miniature schnauzer Lucy.

Jessica Curry
Business Services Manager
Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting
I began my career with AT Business Advisors in 2011 as a Graduate Accountant! Since then, I have had wonderful opportunities to learn, grow and build strong relationships with both our team and our valued clients. Every day is different with various challenges and client stories, so I never stop learning.
I specialise in small businesses in primary production. The biggest challenge my clients face is ensuring that they have enough time to work on their business rather than IN their business. Our solutions often go beyond the books as we aim to help our clients gain back control in their business and their lifestyle. Whether it be compliance work, book-keeping, succession planning or straight-forward business advice, our services are always customised to our clients' unique needs.
I was attracted to starting my career in a small business because you gain exposure and experience like no other. Our team works closely together and we share our best wisdom with each other. Accounting can be complex at times, but what keeps me going is the appreciation we receive from our clients.
You may catch me on the weekends with my family going on fun adventures! We love exploring our local area and Greater Sydney.
Cheree Georges
Senior Business Services Accountant
Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting, Certified Public Accountant
I began my role at AT Business Advisors in 2019 and have not looked back since! It’s refreshing and exciting to move back to a small local accounting firm, especially after my previous firm was acquired by the Big 4.
Being able to listen and connect with our clients has been very insightful and inspiring. I’ve observed that the biggest hurdle our clients face is the constantly changing tax regulations and legislation. Keeping up to date can be a challenge, let alone understanding the implications and implementing technical changes to their business.
It’s highly fulfilling to watch our clients leave our meetings with confidence that they understand their circumstances and have solutions strategically tailored to their unique business.
Moving from the big corporate environment to a small business has really consolidated my passion for supporting the Australian Small Business industry. It comes with great satisfaction to see that my help directly contributes to small business owners. The family-feel that comes with collaborating with them keeps me motivated and all the more passionate about our clients’ success!
On the weekends you will find me spending time with my family - my children include a 1-year-old Blue English Staffy named Blueberry. She occupies our time by chewing up our backyard furniture but will love her to bits!
Paul O’Connor
Business Services Accountant
Bachelor of Accounting in progress
I began my journey with AT Business Advisors in September 2018 and I’ve been motivated by the positive impact we have on our clients since day one. During my studies, Accounting subjects really clicked with me as I loved problem-solving.
Today, my strategies are customised for small businesses. Each client is unique, which means the solutions are too! I aid our clients to become compliant with the ever-changing rules and legislation imposed on taxpayers. Our solutions are swift and up-to-date with the latest technologies and developments.
In my opinion, modern accountancy is very much a service-based industry - it's beyond account management and tax returns. To get the best results for our clients, we take priority in understanding them and their circumstances to then be able to provide relevant solutions.
I prefer working with small businesses because of the strong relationship we have with our clients that are mutually beneficial. We share wisdom back and forth that creates long-term and first-name-basis relationships!
My day-to-day is split between work, study, and my amazing family. My toddler and baby definitely keep things energetic at home!

Diluckshah Magesvaran
Business Services Accountant
Certified Public Accountant
Moving away from big corporate accountancy, I began my journey with AT Business Advisors in 2016. Since then, I've fully delved myself to the team, as a small business feels much like a family!
Working closely with our clients, I find that the biggest challenge for small business owners is obtaining relevant information in time and absorbing often complicated information. We understand that this may be overwhelming at times, not to mention the daily challenges of operating your business.
From my perspective, our clients are most appreciative when we digest and provide information bite-size early, and aid them through the ever-changing legislation and regulations. We also help explain and train our clients on online accounting software which eases their stress immensely.
I love that myself and our team can make a real difference in our clients day-to-day and reduce the stress of running their business!
Emma Ward
Business Services Accountant
Bachelor of Science majoring in Psychology, Bachelor of Laws, Masters of Professional Accounting, Certified Public Accountant
I became part of the wonderful AT Business Advisors team in 2018 and since day 1 felt as if I were part of a work-family. I was attracted to working within small business as my experience in the corporate environment made me feel at times, just a number in a company rather than a unique individual. Here at AT Business Advisors both my colleagues and clients appreciate hard work at an individual level.
I specialise in self-managed super funds however, I feel the biggest solution we provide our valued clients is up to date information on legislation changes and how it affects them as individuals and business operators.
My background in psychology and law has come in very handy in understanding the struggles our clients face that is beyond just the books. Our advice is tailored to each client and is not limited to just accounting. Our aim is to listen, understand and help our clients achieve both business and lifestyle goals!
Apart from work, I'm passionate about creative forms of art in the digital world - this could be science fiction and fantasy genre in entertainment, anime and computer games. I also love to take a digital detox through gardening and enjoying the surrounding nature.
Isaac Olsson
Business Services Accountant
I joined AT Business Advisors in 2024 and have truly enjoyed being part of this close-knit, small business team. The supportive environment has made the experience incredibly rewarding. While I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce at Macquarie University with a major in Marketing Management, I found that accounting aligns better with my skill set, offering a more structured and process-driven approach that suits me well.
My hobbies outside of work include spending time with family and friends. More specifically, playing golf with friends when I can and going for the occasional surf.
